Put the bacon into a large heavy pot and place it over medium heat. Cook until it starts to give up its fat, about 4 minutes. Stir in the onions and cook, stirring, until they start to turn translucent, about 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook until you can smell it, about 1 minute. Add the broth, tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire, and chili powder. Stir in the beans, turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. Adjust the heat so the soup is bubbling gently and cook 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi

Tastes EXACTLY like the Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi. It’s a favorite recipe in our home.

Gumbo

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned on both sides and remove. Add the sausage and cook until browned, then remove. Sprinkle the flour over the oil, add 2 tablespoons of margarine and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until brown, about 10 minutes. Let the roux cool.

Bake wings in a foil-lined roasting pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 min. until crispy, turning once. Combine barbecue sauce and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Toss wings in sauce mixture until well coated.

Arrange precooked pasta sheets on a cutting board and place two or three rounded tablespoons of filling mixture down the center of each pasta sheet and carefully roll pasta around filling in a cigar fashion.

Macaroni Grill Chicken Cannelloni

Dice the chicken breast into 1/2-inch pieces and place into a large mixing bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella, pepper and salt, and mix thoroughly. Arrange precooked pasta sheets on a cutting board and place two or three rounded tablespoons of filling mixture down the center of each pasta sheet and carefully roll pasta around filling in a cigar fashion.

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly. Serves 4.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the top side of each sheet of parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Place spinach in the center of each of 4 of the parchment sheets. Add carrots and red pepper slices to each stack. Top each spinach and vegetable stack with the vinaigrette. Place one piece of Tilapia on top the the spinach and vegetable mixture. Top each stack with 1 Tbsp of chopped sun dried tomatoes. Place on sheet of the parchment, spray side down on to of each piece of Tilapia. Crimp the two sheet of paper together like a pie crust until the and the top are completely sealed. Place the bags of Tilapia onto a cookie sheet and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Add carrots and red pepper slices to each stack. Top each spinach and vegetable stack with the vinaigrette. Place one piece of Tilapia on top the the spinach and vegetable mixture. Top each stack with 1 Tbsp of chopped sun dried tomatoes. Place on sheet of the parchment, spray side down on to of each piece of Tilapia. Crimp the two sheet of paper together like a pie crust until the and the top are completely sealed. Place the bags of Tilapia onto a cookie sheet and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Add the butter mixture to the cheese mixture. Preheat broiler. Slice loaf of bread in half horizontally, lay crust side down. Spread cheese mixture over the bread. Place under the broiler until nicely browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Place under the broiler until nicely browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Preheat panini grill to medium temperature. In a medium sauce pan, sauté diced red onion in olive oil until transparent. Add balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
